When meeting with a new client, I want them to feel at ease and that they have made the right choice in working with me. I start by asking them to tell me their story. How did they arrive at this moment? Then I share a little about myself, how I work and how they can expect the process to go. Practicing real estate as a licensed broker since 1999, I have many years of stories and experience to share with lots of successful transactions. Once named "the real Realtor" by a client, I do strive for clear communication and the goal of mutual trust and collaboration. I have been told that I have a gift for being calm and level headed when it's needed most. Good working relationships built on honest discussion and practical experience is what you get when you work with me.
I have a ‘boutique’ style business model. I focus on quality of relationships over quantity of transactions. This allows me to invest more time with each client and maintain a happy and successful practice. Like most of my colleagues who have been in the business a while, I work by referral. I love my clients and feel so lucky and grateful to be their Realtor.
